1. Water supply failure – This means the system is not filling up correctly. Please check you
have good mains water supply, often easiest by checking a nearby tap
a. Reset the HydroTap by turning off and on again.
b. You may have a waterblock vlave installed, reset this by pressing the red lever, make sure that the water mains is turned on
c. The HydroTap should start filling again, you can normally hear this happen and will heat and chill the water to the set temperature.
If this does not fix the issue please contact us via our Support Form so we can arrange an engineer site visit for you.
2. Water Leak: Isolate Mains – This means there is a leak inside the HydroTap.
a. Please switch off the HydroTap at the power supply and if you can, isolate the mains water supply.
b. Check and see if you can see any water inside where the filter is, should you find some,
contact us via our Support Form to arrange an engineer visit.
