Steps on how to resolve boiling water not dispensing from your ZipTap
There could be a few reasons why this might happen, and you can start by checking that the settings on the tap have not changed.
1. Is the red light on the safety button illuminated? If so, the safety function is
switched on and you will need to press both the boiling and safety button simultaneously for boiling water to dispense.

2. Check the HydroTap command centre for any system fault messages or if any lights are flashing on the tap. If it is still not dispensing, you will need to contact us to arrange an engineer visit, please share any messages or light flashing information via this Support Form and raise a ticket.
