How to raise a support ticket from the Amamus QR stickers
To initiate a support ticket for your machine, kindly follow the steps outlined below.
- Please find the Amamus Asset Sticker in the location indicated below.
- Scan the QR code using your phone's camera, or alternatively, access our Support Form
- The Serial Number of your machine is located at the bottom of the Asset Sticker. This number can consist of anywhere from 5 to 16 digits and serves as a unique identifier, enabling us to provide you with more efficient support.
- Please ensure the details entered are for the site contact - Some manufacture's may offer remote phone support or to gather more information around the problem being faced.
- Describe the issue in as much detail as possible, the webform allows the user to upload images or videos as this sometimes is the best way to see what is being faced. Please also ensure any fault codes are being recorded in the description.
- This form when completed goes straight to the Support Team, who will work to a 4 hour SLA. We will triage the fault, offer support to resolve or facilitate the request of an engineers attendance.
- This information can be found on the side of the Coffee Machine, or, in the case of a Zip Tap, on the Command Unit located in the cupboard beneath.
