My Giga X8/X8c machine has an Error 11/Error 12 on the screen
If the grinder blades in the left hopper are jammed, an Error 11 will be displayed.
If the grinder blades in the right hopper are jammed, an Error 12 will be displayed.
In some cases, you may be able to resolve this issue without the assistance of an engineer.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Turn on the machine and wait for the 'Ready' screen.
2. Scoop out the beans from the correct hopper (The left hopper is the one on the left as you look at the machine, and the right hopper is on the right as you look at the machine.)
3. Use a vacuum nozzle to carefully clean out the hopper. This might help dislodge the jammed bean.
If the bean is stuck deeper in the mechanism, it will be necessary to have an engineer come to fix the issue. If you have a Maintenance & Care Plan with Amamus, this should be covered under your warranty.
