How to clear an Error 16 without the need for an engineer

Error 16 on this machine indicates a problem with the vents in the bean hopper located on top of the machine. This issue typically occurs when a coffee bean becomes trapped in the vents.

If possible, we recommend carefully using a vacuum nozzle to remove any blocked beans from the vents.

If a gentle pressure is applied to the vents, they should move up and down with ease. However, if they do not move freely, it indicates that there is an obstruction preventing the vents from functioning properly.

If you've done everything you can to clear the issue but the error message continues to appear, try turning the machine off and on again. If there are no obstructions the error message should clear.
