Error 7 on JURA Giga X3c/Giga X8c coffee machine

There is an Error 7 alert on my machine. Does this require an engineer?

Regrettably, an Error 7 indicates that your machine requires a replacement multi valve, which can only be resolved by a JURA engineer. 

If your machine is still under warranty, both the call-out and the necessary parts will be covered according to the warranty terms.
