A quick quite on how to change your CO2 bottles for Cullingan taps
Step-by-step guide.
1. Turn off the gas:Rotate the regulator knob anti-clockwise (to the left) to ensure no more gas is flowing.
2. Remove the old cylinder:Hold the regulator with one hand and grip the empty cylinder with the other. Twist the cylinder anti-clockwise (to the right) to unscrew it from the regulator. A brief hiss of gas is normal but should stop once it's disconnected.
3. Install the new cylinder:Take the new cylinder and screw it into the regulator by hand, turning clockwise.
4. Tighten the connection:Be careful not to overtighten but ensure the connection is snug.
5. Check for leaks:Apply soapy water to the connection point. If you see any bubbles forming, there's a leak; turn the regulator off and tighten the connection further.
6. Turn on the gas:Once the connection is secure and leak-free, turn the regulator on by rotating the knob clockwise to increase pressure, set to 3.5Bar.
