Jura Coffee Machine - Refill Beans

Please follow the below advice if your Jura coffee machine is showing a refill beans error.

Hopper is full of beans but the Jura coffee machine is displaying refill beans - this may be caused by a blockage. 

Please try the following: (turn your machine off at the wall)

• Remove any beans you can reach by hand – Do not go below the finger guard

• Use the hose on your vacuum to remove the remaining beans

• Refill the bean hopper and request a cappuccino
