      Jura - Empty Grounds Message

      Repeated Empty Grounds Error

      • The Grounds Container Tray was reinserted too soon after the machine asked to empty the grounds. Take tray out and wait 10 seconds before reinserting.giga_x3_g2_alu_image_5-600x600
      • If the error persists, please turn the machine off at the power source, leave for a few minutes and restart. 
      • The Microswitch as shown in the below image can get blocked with coffee is not cleaned on a regular basis, using the back of a butter knife ensure this switch moves freely, clean as required. 
      • A Support Ticket can be completed, if an on-site visit is required.
