Jura - Milk Sputtering or Little to no foam / frothed milk

If the milk is sputtering while making a latte or cappuccino, this indicates an improper amount of air is flowing into the frother. The frother assembly may be dirty and clogged with calcium deposits.

• Disassemble each piece of the frother, including the milk tube and connector, and clean with soap and warm water. - View Below
• Please check for any splits or deformities to the housing and washer. 
• If cleaning does not mitigate the issue you may need to replace the frother housing.
  • The connection point for the milk tube becomes warped with use and is no longer capable of creating an air-tight seal, thus allowing too much air into the frother
