The machine screen has 'System Filing' message and is not working, plus there might also be a water leak.
When the 'system filling' error appears, this generally means that their is an issue with the water supply and the machine is 'starved' of water, alternatively there is a blockage causing a lack of water supply, this can sometimes be resolve by conducting a descale on the machine, as this will always revert to the water tank.
TANK Fed Machine
Here are the steps recommended by JURA:
1. If you are using a filter, remove it from the machine.
2. Fill the tank with hot water and place it back on the side.
3. Press the dial until "filling system" appears.
4. Repeat this process a few times until you reach the ready screen.
5. If you reach the ready screen, immediately proceed with the descaling process (please note that you will need to deactivate the filter for the descale option to appear).
Plumbed Machine.
1. Check the water supply to the area, test any taps that may be on the sale line to ensure there is not a wider issue,
2. On the water filter head find the bleed line, this will be a clear tube.
3. Place the tube into an empty jug, and using the test switch on the filter head this will dispense water into the jug.
4. If there is a constant supply this will flow continually for 5 seconds with no interruption.
5. You may find a pocket of air, when clear this will run freely.
6. If continually spitting air this highlights an issue with the water supply. Please call a plumber.
7. If successful but the system filling issue is persistent please perform a descale on the coffee machine as per instructions below.
If you are unable to reach the ready screen, you will need to perform a manual descaling process, this will use the water tank with no internal filter and help clear any blockages in the system most likely caused by scale.
1. Mix four descaling tablets (large square white ones) with 800ml of warm water.
2. Once the tablets are dissolved, remove the water tank and empty it of water.
3. Add the descaling solution to the tank and place it back on the machine.
4. Repeat the steps mentioned above, including pressing the system filling button, until you reach the ready screen. Keep in mind that the machine will be filled with acid, so it is necessary to perform a full descaling to flush out any residues.
If you or someone at your location is confident in performing this procedure, it should effectively clear the blockage and resolve the issue.
