There is a white flashing light on my Zip Tap and an alert popped up advising it requires a filter change.
When the time for a filter change approaches, a light will flash on your Zip Tap. However, rest assured that the water filter is still 98% effective in safeguarding the machine against limescale damage and there will be no impact on the taste quality.
As part of your Hydrocare Plan with us, we will notify you when it is time for the 6-monthly service and filter changes. However, it would be greatly appreciated if you could also take a moment to raise a ticket on the client portal via this Support Form and raise a ticket.
