My Jura machine is only dispensing coffee from one nozzle instead of both of them JX8, GIGA X3/X3c, GIGA X8/X8c
If your Jura coffee machine is only dispensing coffee from only one of its nozzles, or if the coffee is dripping out of one side. There are some steps you can take to try an resolve the issue:
1- Run a system clean program
Your JURA machine warranty doesn't cover malfunction as a result of not following your machine's maintenance schedule.
The machine will prompt you when a system clean is required in your maintenance menu. A red bar will advance and when it reaches the end, the icon will turn red at which time you must undertake the maintenance activity.
Your system clean will take around 20 minutes and the process can't be interrupted - so remember to start at a time that won't be too inconvenient for users.
Please note the cleaning process is exactly the same whether you have a mains-water-connected or water tank JURA machine.

Try to make a coffee after the system clean has been completed. If the coffee is still only dispensing from one nozzle then progress to step 2.
2- Run a Descale program
Your JURA machine warranty doesn't cover limescale damage, which will occur if you don't closely follow your machine's maintenance schedule.
The machine will prompt you when a descale is required in your maintenance menu. A red bar will advance and when it reaches the end, the icon will turn red at which time you must undertake the maintenance activity. This is only if your machine is tank fed, if you have a mains feed machine you will have a water filter attached to the mains. This will need changing as apart of your annual service. There is no issue running a descale program for both options (Tank fed or Main fed)
Your descale will take around 45 minutes and the process can't be interrupted - so remember to start at a time that won't be too inconvenient for users.
Please note, if you have a tank fed machine then please remove the water filter cartridge BEFORE starting the descale program

Try to make a coffee after the descale program has been completed. If the coffee is still only dispensing from one nozzle then an engineer visit is required.
