The water outlet on your JX8 or JX10 is spitting more than you usual.
First, it is important to ensure that all cleaning processes have been properly completed. This is the first question that JURA will ask, and if the issue could have been resolved through cleaning and maintenance, any call out to an engineer may unfortunately result in charges, even if your machine is still under warranty.
To address this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Run a full system clean for your machine.
2. Perform a full descale. Make sure to use 3 tablets in 500ml of hot water and ensure they are completely dissolved before starting the descaling process.

Additionally, please check the temperature setting of your hot water. If it is set to a high temperature, try adjusting it to the normal level and observe if the spitting issue stops.
