This means that the water is heating up but is not yet at the set temperature, or your system is in sleep mode.
To wake up the HydroTap from sleep mode simply dispense a very small amount of boiling water and wait for the red light to be constantly on red to be back to the set temperature.
You will still be able to dispense the boiling water, it simply means it’s not at the temperature set.
If you have noticed that this is occurring more than previously or if there is a system fault message displayed on the command centre, you will need to raise a ticket via this Support Form and an engineer visit can be arranged.
